Registration Information

The organizers of HG reserve the right to refuse any registration, under any circumstance.

Registration hours will be open on Thursday, September 16th from 2:00PM to 11:00PM

There are several ways to register for Harvest Gathering.

You may fill out an online application by following this link, you may either pay online via PayPal or by sending a check
You may click on this link to enable a PDF version of the application which should be completed and mailed with a check to the indicated address

If you were born after September 16, 1992 or you want to register someone else who was born after September 16, 1992, please have your parent/guardian contact Mary Kimball at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability upon your arrival to the camp. Attendees who register online will be asked to sign the waiver when they check-in. Please bring a Photo ID with you.

The cost is determined by the table below. The appropriate date is either the postmark date for payments made via check (including online registrations) or the date of registration for payments made via PayPal.

Meal Plan - We are able to offer vegeterian meals, please indicate whether or not you're a vegeterian when you register. Please note, if you are Vegan or have numerous food allergies, it is recommended that you not opt for the meal plan or bring your own food to supplement.

There is an additional $25 fee for all returned checks. If you must cancel your registration, Harvest Gathering will refund the cost of the event minus $25.00 filing fee up until August 20th. After August 20th no refund will be issued.

If you need to contact the event coordinator prior to September 15th, please call 860-350-8649. After September 15th, you may call the Camp Office at 860-295-9444. You may give this number to family members for emergency contact during the weekend's event ONLY.
