Dear Community Vendors,

It is with great pleasure that we announce the festival formerly known as Harvest Home Gathering has been obtain by the CWPN and will be presented as CWPN's Harvest Gathering. The location of Harvest Gathering will be at the Hartford County 4-H Camp in Marlborough, Connecticut, which is a perfect venue to capture the spirit of our event.

We have a very experienced, talented and capable staff that can bring an element of synergy to the concepts of both festival and conference coordination. If you would like to vend at this event, please email us to begin the registration process. You can pay by check or through paypal. Registration costs only apply to the primary vendor. Any other persons attending the gathering with you must complete a separate registration form. The vending space is located outdoors and you must provide your own table, chairs and canopy. We cannot provide electricity and R.V. hook-ups and generators are not allowed.

Prices: The fee for vending is $25.00 in addition to the regular registration price.

If you are not on the meal plan but would like to participate in the Renaissance Feast, there is an additional charge of $25.00.

Harvest Gathering is not responsible for any theft or damage to property. Deadline for vendor registration is August 20th, 2010.
