Cabins: The cabins are unheated and have limited electricity. Space heaters, open flames, oil lamps and cooking of any kind in or near the cabins is prohibited. The cabins sleep up to 10 people and there is a separate shower house with facilities close by. Even though the cabins have limited electric use you are allowed an alarm clock, radio and very limited hair dryer use. No coffee-makers please. Coffee will be available in the Dining Room. The windows to the cabins have screens. There are also heavy wood shutters that can cover the screens for privacy or during inclement weather. If you would prefer to hang fabric or other decorative items, this is very much encouraged.

Cabin space is limited and depending on demand, space may be tight. If you are requesting an all-male or all-female cabin, please indicate this on your registration form. If you would like to be housed with a specific group, please also indicate this and include the names of people in your group on your registration form. Our cabins are very close together so if you are requesting a "quiet cabin area" or an "all night cabin area", it is recommended that you tent instead.

You will not be able to drive your car directly adjacent to the cabins. However, the area for unloading is fairly close. After you have unloaded your belongings, you will need to move your car to the main parking area for the duration of the event.

Tenting: We have a large field available for tenting. However, there are many other sites on the camp where tenting is allowed. Please bring flash lights and extra batteries for light in the camping area. A camp stove or hibachi is allowed for cooking purposes, but no other forms of fire may be used in your camping area. No cars will be allowed to remain on the tenting field. Once you’ve unloaded, all cars need to be parked in the main parking area for the duration of the event. Please, no generators allowed.
